The Adams Beach Hotel Loyalty Club Terms & Conditions
The Adams Beach Hotel Loyalty Club (hereinafter referred to as “the Programme”) is a membership programme operated by Adams Beach Hotel, which offers its members an attractive range of privileges and rewards for choosing Adams Beach Hotel repeatedly.
Membership Eligibility & Fees: Membership of the Programme is available to individuals only that stay in the hotel minimum 2 times (hereinafter referred to as “you”) and is offered free of charge.
Membership Card: For the purposes of verifying your membership in the Programme, Adams Beach Hotel, will issue a Membership Card, which will be handed to you during your stay at Adams Beach Hotel or mailed to you at any designated address.
Membership has three levels:
• The Loyalty Card Membership
• The Gold Card Membership
• The Platinum Card Membership
Loyalty Card membership is automatically given to all guests arriving at the hotel for 2nd time. So you can really enjoy benefits and privileges just from your second visit at the hotel.
In order to become a Gold Card holder you have to earn 10,000 points. When you manage to reach 10,000 points then automatically you are upgraded to Gold Level.
Platinum Level is for all guests that manage to earn the minimum of 30,000 points.
Points earned:
1) ‘Stay more earn more’
For every stay at the hotel you can earn points according to the room type you originally booked and paid for, no matter if you have booked Adams Beach Hotel directly or through any other indirect distribution channel.

2) ‘Spend more earn More’
For every euro spend in the hotel during your stay you earn 1 point.
Points are given only to room charges and not to any amounts paid in cash directly at the above outlets. Points are calculated on the total amount paid after any discounts.
Privileges & Rewards: As a member in the Programme you will be entitled to the following privileges and rewards:
• The ‘Adams Beach Hotel Loyalty Card’ – up to 9,999 points
• The ‘Adams Beach Hotel Gold Card’ – from 10,000 points to 29,999 points

*Discount is given to the final bill and is subject to bills charged to the room and not any bills paid directly at the outlets.
Once you achieve one of the above levels, your Loyalty or Gold or Platinum status will remain forever unless any other Loyalty or Hospitality scheme is introduced by the hotel.
Points are not redeemable. Points are used just to set the status level of each card holder.
Privacy of contract: The person entitled to the rewards and privileges of this Programme in accordance with the terms and conditions contained hereto is (are) the individual(s) who made directly or indirectly the accommodation booking and whose name(s) appear(s) on the reservation form of Adams Beach Hotel or the accommodation voucher provided by any other mean that has previously comes into an agreement to sell accommodation and services within the premises of Adams Beach Hotel.
Accounts: During your membership of the Programme and for the purposes of the privileges and rewards granted by Adams Beach Hotel hereunder you may maintain only one account.
Limits on Rewards and Privileges: You are entitled to the discounts, the loyalty points and the privileges only on a one room per stay basis. Loyalty points are awarded as shown the above based on the extras made in certain outlets on the hotel and they have various value for each euro spent in each of these outlets. The hotel can change the outlets and the points earned for each euro spent at each of these outlets at any time without any prior notice to you. Points will be calculated on your final bill, based on the extras you have consumed at the outlets or facilities that are entitled to points and that are on room charge. Therefore it is essential that during your stay at the hotel you put all of your extras on your room charge and avoid paying in cash in at each bar without asking to sign the room charge payment slip indicating your room.
Points Have No Value: Loyalty points are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit and have no value until presented for redemption in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Programme. You have no ownership interest in any accrued points and any accrued points do not constitute your property. Loyalty points cannot be purchased or sold and are not transferable unless otherwise expressly provided herein. This provision shall override and take precedence over any other provision, phrase or term of this Programme indicating or implying otherwise.
Complaints & Points Adjustments: If you have any complaint in connection with or during your membership of the Programme please contact the management of Adams Beach Hotel immediately. Please keep all Adams Beach Hotel receipts and bills for your records as they may be required to be presented if Adams Beach Hotel so determines for the purpose of handling any such complaint. Notwithstanding the above, in no way can loyalty points be adjusted after the lapse of 60 (sixty) days from the date of your last hotel bill.
No guarantees for merchandise: Adams Beach Hotel makes no representations and provides no guarantees or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to items of merchandise, including without limitation, all and any items of merchandise provided herein, and shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss or damage (including without limitation loss of income or loss of profits) whatsoever or howsoever arising directly or indirectly in connection with the use or consuming or as a result of any defect or failure of any such items or in connection with the Programme, except to the extent that any such liability may not be lawfully excluded. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are specifically disclaimed, except to the extent that any such implied warranties may not be lawfully excluded. In the event that any exclusion or other provisions contained herein are held to be invalid for any reason and Adams Beach Hotel becomes liable for loss or damage that could otherwise have been limited, such liability shall always be limited to the total amount paid to and received by Adams Beach Hotel in connection with this Programme from the date of the commencement of your Programme membership up to the date of your last stay at Adams Beach Hotel prior to the date to which your relative claim relates.
Programme Cancellation: Adams Beach Hotel reserves the right to unilaterally restrict, suspend, discontinue or cancel this Programme at its absolute discretion upon 30 (thirty) days written notice published on the Adams Beach Hotel website but any such restriction, suspension, discontinuance or cancellation shall not prejudice or in any way affect any of your rights or obligations created or otherwise accrued prior to the end of such 30-day period. Provided that any such restriction, suspension, discontinuance or cancellation shall be referred to in any such notice.
Membership Cancellation: Adams Beach Hotel reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any membership and/or revoke any or all unredeemed points at its absolute discretion upon 5 (five) days notice for reasons that include but are not limited to: [1] violation of the terms and conditions of the Programme; [2] misrepresentation of any information or any misuse or any abuse or fraud committed in connection with the Programme; [3] violation of any law in connection with the use or enjoyment of any membership privileges or rewards; [4] failure to settle any Adams Beach Hotel bill; [5] suspicion of money laundering or of committal of any criminal offence; [6] any other reason relied upon or otherwise invoked by Adams Beach Hotel. Any such cancellation and/or revocation shall not prejudice or in any way affect any of your rights or obligations created or otherwise accrued prior to the end of such 5-day period.
Amendments to the Programme: Adams Beach Hotel reserves the right to unilaterally change, amend, modify or substitute the Programme at its absolute discretion without any prior notice.
Data Privacy: By applying for membership of the Programme you agree and explicitly authorise that your personal information supplied by you in the course of such application process or during the term of your Programme membership [1] may be processed by Adams Beach Hotel in its capacity as data controller and [2] may be transferred by Adams Beach Hotel worldwide to (i) any other person with which Adams Beach Hotel may be affiliated for the purposes of the Programme, (ii) any assignee of any of the rights and/or obligations of Adams Beach Hotel under the Programme or (iii) any person to process your such data on Adams Beach Hotel’s behalf or where required by any applicable law or in the event of any Adams Beach Hotel’s reorganisation, merger or acquisition.
Modification of Data: You have a right to modify your personal data at any time by contacting Adams Beach Hotel website.
Notices to you: All notices and other communications to be served or made to you according to the provisions hereunder shall, unless otherwise expressly provided herein, be in writing and shall be considered as having been duly given or made and shall be effective, (a) at the date of their delivery, if delivered to you personally, (b) at the date of posting, if posted by registered or certified post or certified similar service at your last known address or, (c) at the date of transmittance, if sent by electronic transmittance to your last known fax number (d) at the date of sent to you if sent by electronic mail. Provided that Adams Beach Hotel shall in no way be liable for loss of misdirected correspondence, requests or other documentation for any reason otherwise than due to any gross negligence or wilful misconduct by or on behalf of Adams Beach Hotel.
Notices to Adams Beach Hotel: All notices and other communications to be served or made to Adams Beach Hotel according to the provisions hereunder shall, unless otherwise expressly provided herein, be in writing and shall be considered as having been duly given or made and shall be effective, (a) at the date of their delivery, if delivered to any staff of the reception desk of Adams Beach Hotel or to the Hotel Manager or Business Development Manager of Adams Beach Hotel, (b) at the date of posting, if posted by registered or certified post or certified similar service at the address of Adams Beach Hotel stated on the Adams Beach Hotel website, (c) at the date of transmittance, if sent by electronic transmittance to Adams Beach Hotel’s fax number stated on the Adams Beach Hotel’s website.
No Assignment: You may not assign the Programme or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Adams Beach Hotel, which consent shall be given or withheld at Adams Beach Hotel’s sole discretion.
Titles & Subtitles: The titles and subtitles contained herein are used for convenience only and shall not limit or otherwise affect or be used in the construction or meaning of any terms or provisions hereof.
Severability: If any provision hereunder is invalid, illegal or incapable of being enforced by any rule of law or public policy, all other conditions and provisions of this agreement shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect so long as the economic or legal substance of the transactions contemplated hereby is not affected in any manner materially adverse to any party.
Successors & Assigns: The Programme shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the parties and their respective successors and assigns unless otherwise expressly provided hereto.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: The Programme and all rights and duties arising or provided hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any action or other form of proceeding brought by any party against the other party arising out of or in connection with the Programme shall be brought before the District Court of the District in which the registered office of Adams Beach Hotel is situated and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court for the purposes of any such action or proceeding.
Certain Definitions: For purposes of the Programme the term:
“hotel bill” means the final bill issued by the Adams Beach Hotel at the time of your check-out and includes without limitation the corresponding charges during your stay at the hotel.
“stay” shall mean a stay at Adams Beach Hotel for a night or consecutive nights irrespective of the frequecy or number of the check-ins and/or check-outs.
Construction of the Programme: In construing the provisions hereunder, an ambulatory and not a static, approach shall be followed.
Entire Programme: The Programme constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and undertakings, both written and oral, between the parties, or any of them, with respect to the subject matter hereof and, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, are not intended to confer upon any other person any rights or remedies hereunder.
